1. The service
Apex Bot (“Apex”, “we”) provides an AI assistant that answers your website visitors' questions using content you provide, together with a dashboard to configure it. Apex is currently in beta: features may change, and we may limit or pause access while we improve the service.
2. Your account
- You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including by teammates you invite.
- You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, and act for your business if you sign up as one.
3. Your content and your website
You keep all rights to the content you give Apex (website pages, text, settings) and to the conversations on your website. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. You confirm you have the right to use that content and that Apex may read the websites you point it at.
4. AI-generated answers
Answers are generated by third-party AI models from your content. They can be incomplete or wrong. Apex shows visitors that they are talking to an AI, and you remain responsible for the information on your website and for decisions made on it. Don't rely on the assistant for medical, legal or financial advice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Apex to:
- break the law, infringe others' rights or mislead visitors about who they are talking to;
- collect sensitive personal data without a lawful basis and the notices required by KVKK, GDPR or similar laws;
- attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its usage limits or security controls.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. When your visitors chat with your assistant, you are the data controller for their data and we process it on your behalf.
7. Fees
Apex is free during the beta. Before paid plans start we will tell you in advance, and you can choose whether to continue.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using Apex at any time by removing the widget from your site and asking us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or other customers at risk.
9. Liability
The service is provided “as is” during the beta. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Changes and contact
